• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to establish an understanding of clients' presenting issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy through evidence-based modalities, ensuring that interventions align with each client's specific goals and cultural backgrounds.
• Respond to crises by providing immediate intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies.
• Document all interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential client records, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive responses to client needs.
• Educate clients and their families on understanding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to advocate for their own mental wellness.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest clinical best practices and therapeutic interventions.

Your client focus will range from individuals facing mild to moderate mental health challenges to those experiencing more severe psychological distress. You will work with varied demographics, including children, adults, and families, helping them navigate complex issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice and client advocacy.

• Experience in telehealth procedures and digital documentation is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health care.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment methods, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness-based interventions.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
