• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate therapeutic techniques.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate access to care and support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including detailed progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment options, coping strategies, and available community resources, effectively advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed on current best practices in mental health therapy.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. Your tailored approach will empower clients to navigate their unique circumstances, enhancing their emotional well-being and personal growth.

• Must possess a valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (i.e., LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for this role.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to connect with clients and facilitate a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to uphold high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.

• Previous experience in a telehealth format is advantageous.
• Experience working with diverse populations and clients from various cultural backgrounds is preferred.
