Phoenix Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position plays a crucial role in fostering mental health recovery by delivering therapeutic services and support to our clients in a detox center setting. This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured environment that ensures effective patient care. As part of our detox center, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to provide holistic treatment tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health status, strengths, and challenges.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that set clear goals, outline interventions, and monitor client progress throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that all treatment plans are comprehensive and address the various needs of patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment to clients in urgent situations while aiding in safety planning.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with essential community resources, offering case management support as necessary.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing barriers to care.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse population within the detox center environment, supporting clients who are facing mental health disorders and substance use challenges. Our focus is on delivering compassionate, effective care that empowers individuals to regain control of their lives and achieve lasting recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong foundation in empathy and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in a community mental health setting or similar environment is highly preferred, particularly in detox or substance abuse recovery contexts.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cultural competence and an ability to engage compassionately with clients from various backgrounds.
