This remote position allows for a flexible work life, enabling therapists to create and manage their own schedules to best accommodate their clients and personal commitments. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, offering a collaborative and professional atmosphere that values continuous improvement and innovative treatment approaches.

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and challenges newly presented.
• Perform initial comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment interventions based on evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing communication with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of care plans and facilitate patient progress updates.
• Provide case management services, coordinating with community resources, hospitals, and other professionals to deliver a complete spectrum of care.
• Demonstrate proficiency in applying various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in achieving their personal goals.
• Ensure ethical and timely documentation in accordance with departmental policies, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Zenea Care Counseling Center, you will serve a diverse clientele that encompasses various age groups and backgrounds. Our approach is tailored, focusing on individual circumstances and empowering clients to navigate their mental health challenges through tailored therapeutic techniques.

• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Provider (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory, with a preference for higher qualifications.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care demonstrated through previous clinical experiences.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling in outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting therapy techniques specifically tailored for various populations.
• Experience with alternative treatment methodologies and an openness to utilizing innovative approaches is advantageous.

• Competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
