What is a remote meta ad?

Remote Meta Ads jobs involve managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger, from a remote location. Professionals in these roles may be responsible for creating ad strategies, targeting audiences, analyzing campaign performance, and adjusting budgets to maximize ROI. These jobs typically require knowledge of Meta's advertising tools, analytics, and digital marketing best practices. Working remotely allows employees to perform these tasks from anywhere with internet access, making it a flexible option for digital marketers. Companies often seek candidates with experience in paid social media advertising and strong analytical skills.

What are the key challenges faced by professionals working in remote meta ads roles, and how can they overcome them?

One of the main challenges in a remote Meta Ads role is staying up-to-date with frequent platform changes and updates to Meta’s advertising tools and policies. Additionally, remote professionals may encounter difficulties collaborating with team members across different time zones or communicating campaign performance effectively. Overcoming these challenges involves proactively participating in ongoing training, setting up regular meetings for alignment, and utilizing project management and communication tools to ensure everyone stays informed and coordinated. Building strong digital communication skills and maintaining clear documentation can also greatly enhance remote teamwork and campaign success.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote meta ads specialist, and why are they important?

To excel as a Remote Meta Ads Specialist, you need a strong background in digital marketing, knowledge of Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, and experience with campaign analysis and optimization. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, analytics platforms, and relevant certifications such as Facebook Blueprint are highly valued. Outstanding communication, data-driven decision-making, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment make candidates stand out. These skills are essential for driving successful ad campaigns, maximizing ROI, and adapting to evolving digital advertising trends.

Job description

Creator Partnerships Manager WANTED

Location: hybrid (if LA based) or remote
 Compensation: $65-85k/year

The Role

We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to power the sourcing and logistics engine behind TubeScience's growing creator network. You'll work closely with Creator Leads (who drive the execution of creator-led content) to understand what their needs are in a creator (demographics, content style, brand fit) and go find it: scouting talent, negotiating rates and contracts, running onboarding, and managing the technical setup that gets creator accounts live as paid media.

This role is ideal for someone who's resourceful, fast, and thrives on the operational and business management side of the creator economy.

What You'll Do
  • Source and grow the talent pipeline. Recruit creators against briefs from Creator Leads, and proactively scout new talent across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms so we always have depth and diversity on tap.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts. Close deals that work for both sides and stay within budget.
  • Run onboarding logistics. Contracts, payment setup coordination, and scheduling - in partnership with Creator Leads and the production team.
  • Own whitelisting and ad account access. Connect creator accounts in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Spark Ads, and other platforms so content can run as paid media.
  • Maintain the talent database. Track creator specialties, rates, availability, demographics, and past performance so the team always knows who's available and who's delivered.
  • Keep contracts, payments, and disclosures compliant. Nothing slips through the cracks on paperwork or FTC disclosure requirements.

Who You Are
  • 3+ years in creator sourcing, talent recruitment, influencer marketing, casting, or a similar talent pipeline role.
  • A strong eye for talent - you can quickly tell whether a creator's content, presence, and audience fit what we need.
  • A skilled negotiator who closes deals efficiently while keeping relationships positive.
  • Organized enough to run dozens of creator relationships, contracts, and onboarding tasks at once without dropping anything - including the technical side (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Spark Ads, whitelisting workflows, creator management platforms), which you've either used or can pick up fast.
  • Fluent in digital content culture - you know what good content looks like and where to find the people who make it.

Remote-friendly, but must overlap with LA business hours and be available for occasional trips to LA.

Nice to Have
  • Experience using creator/influencer platforms (Aspire, GRIN, CreatorIQ, TikTok Creator Marketplace)
  • Background at a creator management agency, MCN, or talent representation firm
  • Experience with Meta and TikTok whitelisting/Spark Ads workflows specifically
  • Existing network of micro- and mid-tier creators you can tap into
  • Familiarity with brand compliance and FTC disclosure requirements

Why TubeScience

You'll build TubeScience's talent strategy from the ground up as we transition into a full-stack performance platform - working directly with leadership to define what great creator partnerships look like at scale. If you love working with creators, have a knack for spotting talent, and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, this role is for you.
