The Role

As a Sales Planner for NA UGG, you'll drive strategic growth for UGG and our retail partners by transforming sell-through data into actionable insights. You'll be an analytical partner to the Sales Team, collaborating across departments to achieve sales, inventory, and profitability goals. Your expertise in data storytelling and retail analytics will help shape the future of our product assortment and support key business decisions.

Your Impact

  • Pull and analyze sell-through data weekly from SPS/Tableau/Retailer portals, reporting performance from top line to style-color by door
  • Ensure retailers meet sales, margin, and inventory expectations, supporting UGG/Deckers revenue goals
  • Communicate key sell-through insights and takeaways to Sales, Merchandising, and Retailer Partners on a regular cadence
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, making recommendations with financial and strategic product goals in mind
  • Create and maintain sell-through projections for key items, focusing on high-volume products and making chase/cancellation recommendations
  • Collaborate on future season planning, providing channel-level SKU needs and volume projections to inform Merchandising
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis and communicate style and color performance to cross-functional teams

Who You Are

  • BA Degree or equivalent experience in a similar planning role
  • Experience in retail or wholesale planning, analytics, or merchandising
  • Previous experience with multi-functional organizations
  • Interest in fashion culture and high-level understanding of the industry
  • Clear and collaborative communicator
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Pivot Tables, Tableau, Power BI, Power Query
  • Skilled in reading and applying retail metrics, balancing analytical and commercial skills
  • Experienced with sell-through and retail metrics, able to drive actions from analysis
  • Able to influence cross-functional teams and peers through data storytelling
