Operating across North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe, the company delivers services through its Branded Services, Experiential Services, and Retailer Services divisions.

About the role:
This is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent after 6 months, will report into the Director of Operations, and be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

Main responsibilities include:

  • Support sales planning, forecasting, and customer projections using sales, POS, and market data.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze variances, and recommend forecasting improvements.
  • Partner with internal teams to align sales volume and trade spend with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, promotional performance, and competitive activity to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support reporting, trade deduction resolution, and ongoing process improvements.
  • Support resolution of pricing, trade deduction, and promotional discrepancies.
  • Prepare reporting and ad hoc analysis on sales performance, trade spend, and operational metrics.

About the candidate:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business (Finance/Marketing preferred)
  • 2+ years of CPG Experience
