NAVA Software solutions is looking for a UX Designer
Details:
UX Designer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6-12 months
Summary of responsibilities:
Build compelling customer experiences (landing pages, information architecture, customer journey, prototypes, user interface designs, etc) that deliver business results. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Product Managers and Engineers to improve website conversion rates. Realize the company's long-term vision by engaging in the product strategy and roadmap, finding solutions for customer needs. Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to turn business needs, data, and user feedback into actionable designs and A/ B testing strategies.
  • Use analytics and customer feedback to understand where usability can be improved to optimize conversion rate. Use industry best practices to continually audit our current site. Company and Product Strategy
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer and translate their needs to early concepts that can be tested and iterated.
  • Use strategic thinking and collaboration to shape the company and product strategy.
  • Formulate a UX vision that meets customer needs, grows the company, and provides a lasting competitive advantage.
  • Experience using and/or developing style guides for websites and collateral. UX Design and Research
  • Create user flows and screens, from low-fidelity to high-fidelity, utilizing feedback to iterate on designs
  • Act as a voice of the customer, identifying friction and optimization points
  • Conduct customer and usability studies to generate actionable insights for the product and company strategy.

Experience:
  • Min. 5+ years of total experience
  • eCommerce and Conversion Rate Optimization: Landing pages, home pages, product pages, blogs, checkout
  • Personalization Mid/ Senior UX Designer
  • A/B testing
  • Influencing the company strategy and building a UX strategy
  • Working with teams with agile methodologies
  • Web and mobile technologies, responsive design, and their impact on customer experience
  • Prototyping and wireframing
  • Customer research and usability studies
  • Experience in the impact and influence of SEO to user design Knowledge.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Analytical, with an appreciation for data
  • Business acumen and economics
  • Portfolio that showcases e-commerce design and flow
