Creating Life Connections Together, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team. • Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and specific needs, laying the groundwork for effective treatment.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with assessment findings and client objectives, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly, adapting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their mental health journey.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Champion the rights of clients by advocating for their access to necessary mental health services and community resources, promoting their well-being.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with the ethical standards set forth by professional organizations and licensing boards.

Your expertise as an LMFT will predominantly cater to individuals and families navigating a variety of mental health issues, with a particular focus on mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. By leveraging your skills in empathy and understanding, you will help clients rebuild their resilience and find sustainable solutions to their personal challenges. Your engagement will lead to long-term behavioral change and improvement in their overall mental health.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with medical doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding patient needs.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adherence to ethical practices outlined by state licensing boards.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, with a focus on treating mood disorders and complex family dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver successful therapy outcomes tailored to individual client needs.
• Familiarity with psychopharmacology and the ability to integrate this knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
