• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop effective and personalized treatment plans for each client.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a variety of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize a wide range of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development by keeping abreast of the latest research and attending workshops relevant to mental health advancements.

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
