Remote Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)

Position Summary
We are hiring licensed mental health professionals to provide virtual therapy for adults across Minnesota. This role focuses on delivering solution-focused care through secure telehealth platforms while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
  • Full benefits package included

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one teletherapy sessions with adult clients
  • Create and update individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust approaches as needed
  • Encourage healthy coping strategies and emotional resilience
  • Maintain timely, compliant documentation

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
