• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to address various mental and emotional health issues.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe space for exploration and healing.
• Utilize clinical judgment to modify treatment plans as necessary, based on client progress and evolving needs, ensuring that therapy remains relevant and impactful.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in client records.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending webinars, conferences, and workshops that enhance clinical skills and knowledge of current therapeutic practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide holistic support to clients and facilitate referrals as needed.
• Practice cultural competence by recognizing and respecting diversity in client background and experiences, adapting therapeutic approaches to enhance client engagement.

• Proven expertise in various therapeutic modalities and a solid understanding of mental health assessment and diagnosis.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage caseloads in a busy yet rewarding environment.

• Experience working in community health settings or rehabilitation environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting patient information and treatment progress.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or education initiatives to raise awareness about mental health services.
