• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' unique needs, challenges, and goals.

• Craft individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic modalities, ensuring clients feel heard and supported during their journey toward mental wellness.

• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, client progress, and interactions in our secure documentation system, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the network for supervision, support, and professional development, enhancing your skills in the therapeutic field.

Your role will primarily focus on diverse client populations from various backgrounds and life experiences. You will address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. The virtual format allows you to connect with clients who may face barriers to traditional care, making it essential to nurture an inclusive and respectful therapeutic relationship.

• A current and valid license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, healthcare, or a closely related field is required; however, a Master's degree or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients in a remote setting.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding when addressing clients' mental health challenges.

• Effective organizational skills for managing therapy sessions, client notes, and documentation in a timely manner.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling services post-licensure.

• Experience with telehealth technologies and providing therapy remotely can be a strong asset.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and techniques, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your experience and client caseload.
