• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, establishing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

Our client base consists of individuals from varying backgrounds, each facing their unique psychological challenges. You will work with clients dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and interpersonal issues, among others. As a therapist, your role is pivotal in creating a non-judgmental space that empowers clients to express themselves and engage actively in their therapeutic process. Your skills will enable clients to develop coping strategies and achieve meaningful change.

• A current and valid license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients in a remote setting.
• A genuine sense of empathy and compassion for clients' challenges and experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance therapy sessions and administrative responsibilities effectively.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with virtual therapy tools will be an advantage.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic techniques and knowledge of current trends in mental health treatment.
• Demonstrated success in managing a diverse caseload, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and progress.
