Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging and empathic remote therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, creating a safe space for emotional expression.
  • Develop tailored and personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, actively involving them in identifying their mental health goals.
  • Continuously monitor client progress through detailed assessments and therapeutic feedback, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring documentation is both accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide cohesive and holistic care.
  • Uphold the highest ethical and legal standards in all aspects of mental health service delivery, ensuring that client safety and dignity are prioritized.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly contribute to supporting various client demographics, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our approach is client-centered, allowing you to adapt therapies and interventions that resonate with the unique backgrounds and challenges of each client.

Qualifications
  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelorโ€™s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, with options including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy, with a focus on varied therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Comfortable and proficient in using technology for therapy delivery and communication, with prior experience in remote therapy preferred.
