Location: Maryland (Remote)

Position Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Contractual

Position Summary

iHEAL is seeking compassionate and motivated Remote Mental Health Therapists licensed in Maryland to join our growing team. This position provides the flexibility to work from home while delivering high-quality virtual behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

We’re looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
  • Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, community agencies, and other professionals when needed
  • Provide referrals and connect clients with appropriate community resources
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Maryland regulations, and ethical standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Maryland LGPC or LCPC license required
  • Experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred

  • Experience with trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or related modalities)
  • Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply
