Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy services using diverse modalities such as individual, couples, and family therapy to our varied clientele.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work at Zagro Counseling Services will involve interacting with a diverse range of clients, each with unique backgrounds and mental health needs. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid licensure in the State of Washington, allowing you to provide therapy independently without supervision (such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience within community health settings or a background in specific therapeutic approaches—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care—will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with digital document management and telehealth platforms is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
