JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The College of Health and Human Development seeks part-time research technicians to assist with public health nutrition research studies in the Youth & Community Nutrition Impact Research Team under Dr. Meg Bruening. Part-time research assistants will assist with coding interviews, collecting community-based data including but not limited to surveys, interviews, and plate waste data in schools, conducting literature reviews, and other research tasks as assigned. Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team; Good communication; Interest in nutrition

BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES

This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.
