Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring personalized treatment plans are formulated based on initial findings.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to the unique requirements of each client, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support, motivation, and guidance throughout their journey toward improved mental health.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques adaptable to individual client preferences and treatment objectives, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages client engagement and ownership of the therapeutic process.
• Accurately document all treatment sessions, client progress, and follow-up actions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a broad spectrum of clients facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and sensitivity while addressing clients' emotional challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management are essential to coordinate diverse treatment schedules while maintaining accurate documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing telehealth services is preferred, with knowledge of the specific challenges and benefits this modality presents.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure effective patient management and documentation.
• Previous experience working with various client groups, including underserved populations, that reflect the diverse communities we serve.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000, based on your experience and the workload you choose to manage. In addition to monetary compensation, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
