You will work with a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, which supports compliance with various insurance providers, including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Provide high-quality mental health counseling services to a diverse clientele through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client, ensuring the identification of their problems and solutions while maintaining their confidentiality and safety.
• Utilize evidence-based methods and therapeutic approaches to assist clients in managing symptoms related to trauma, mental health disorders, or dual diagnoses.
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies, ensuring compliance for billing and care continuity.
• Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision to discuss cases and enhance service delivery.

The clients you will serve include individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Home office setup with a reliable laptop or desktop, high-speed internet, and a web camera for effective telehealth sessions.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, ensuring high standards of care without direct oversight.
• Completion of a background check is required prior to employment.

• Experience utilizing cloud-based EHR systems for documentation and record-keeping.

• Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare regulations and compliance standards.
