• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients of various age groups, predominantly within the educational setting.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and client interactions, ensuring adherence to best practices in record-keeping.
• Utilize our managed billing service for efficient claims processing, which encompasses client and insurance accounts receivable, benefit checks, and payment plans.
• Oversee the scheduling of ongoing appointments, efficiently managing your calendar to optimize client accessibility.
• Develop therapeutic strategies for a variety of clinical presentations, demonstrating adaptability in treatment plans to achieve the best outcomes.

Our services are designed to meet the diverse needs of clients, including children, adolescents, and adult couples. You will engage directly with students in schools, addressing various mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues, empowering them to thrive both academically and personally.

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold a current, independent LCSW license in Virginia.
• Possess excellent therapeutic skills, with a strong understanding of professionalism and ethical boundaries.
• Effective time management and organizational skills are necessary to balance caseloads and administrative duties.
• Self-motivated and culturally competent, with a passion for ongoing professional development.

• Experience providing therapy to couples is highly valued and will be considered an asset.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional performance bonuses available. We offer a competitive compensation package as a W2 employee, including health insurance, and the following:
