Job description

Description

The Rochester office of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete seeks an associate with 5-8 years of litigation experience, with prior employment litigation experience being required. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. The position allows for the opportunity for hybrid and/or remote work, although there may be times an in-office presence is required. Although preference will be given to candidates in Rochester, attorneys in other locations will be considered. Must be admitted to practice law in New York.
