You will receive ongoing support from our operational team, which ensures that all administrative tasks—including appointment scheduling, client intake, and billing—are handled seamlessly. Our outpatient office approach allows for flexible scheduling while maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes, ensuring that you have the resources to thrive in your role.

• Conduct virtual mental health evaluations for new and existing clients, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies.
• Collaborate closely with clients to track and meet therapeutic milestones, adjusting techniques and goals as necessary to facilitate progress.
• Engage in telehealth sessions that accommodate clients’ schedules, ensuring that their mental health needs are met in a timely manner.
• Maintain meticulous, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to refine clinical skills, stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health care, and enhance service delivery.

In this role, you will primarily work with low-acuity clients who have been pre-screened for their mental health needs. This sets a collaborative and focused environment, allowing you to provide effective counseling for a diverse range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and transitional life challenges. Your contributions will directly impact the well-being and quality of life of individuals seeking support across the country.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and valid licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) without any disciplinary history.
• A minimum of two years of clinical practice experience is essential, with a strong foundation in providing therapeutic services.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred, as you will be delivering services primarily through virtual platforms.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient client management and documentation.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently while being part of a remote team-focused environment.

Inspired Life Counseling Services offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
