• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapeutic strategies tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic medical records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.
• Work actively as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, engaging with other health professionals to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Participate in continuous professional development, attending workshops and seminars to stay updated on the latest trends and research in mental health practices.

In this role, you will provide counseling services to a diverse clientele, focusing on individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing mental health care. You will address a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. Your ability to culturally empathize and establish rapport will be key in helping these clients navigate their challenges effectively.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical or community health setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practices, with an ability to apply this knowledge effectively in clinical situations.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Expertise in specific therapeutic areas, such as family therapy, substance misuse recovery, couples therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• A proven history of collaborating successfully within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency with EMR software and familiarity with technology that supports remote mental healthcare delivery.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, determined by experience and caseload availability.
