Key Responsibilities

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to drive positive mental health outcomes.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans that set clear goals, interventions, and criteria for measuring progress.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care effectively, ensuring a thorough approach to treatment that encompasses all client needs.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, which include conducting risk assessments and implementing safety planning techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
