Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will carry out the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral techniques, fostering positive client outcomes.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and addiction specialists, to provide comprehensive care.
• Integrate the latest research findings and evidence-based practices into your work, driving continuous improvement in client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our detox center primarily serves individuals grappling with substance use disorders, as well as those dealing with co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds, supporting them through their recovery journeys. Your role is critical in fostering a safe, therapeutic environment that promotes healing and resilience.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Nevada.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for empathetic engagement and problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with experience specifically in substance abuse, trauma resolution, and mental health will be favored. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience working with diverse populations are also desirable attributes.

Compensation and Benefits
