• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, needs, and goals, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship challenges.
• Collaborate with fellow practitioners, including psychologists and psychiatric specialists, to create comprehensive support networks around each patient.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress within our electronic medical records system, tracking changes and adjustments in treatment approaches.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to remain current on the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices.
• Propose innovative ideas and strategies to improve service delivery and elevate the effectiveness of our programs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Must hold an active license in your respective field (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) in California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals who face emotional and psychological challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Experience with electronic medical records systems is desirable but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in telehealth settings is an advantage, as it allows for greater effectiveness and comfort in virtual therapy sessions.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
