Inspired Grace Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from a comfortable location of your choice while still being part of a dynamic team. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' psychological needs and treatment requirements.
• Design and implement individualized therapeutic strategies that employ a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Deliver therapeutic services to a diverse clientele including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and evolving needs to encourage optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines while protecting client confidentiality.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain informed on the latest mental health trends and practices.

Your client base will include individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will provide tailored therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs of diverse backgrounds and age groups. This role is pivotal in creating a positive impact in the lives of clients seeking support in their mental health journey.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of three years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in psychotherapy.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards governing clinical practice in mental health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and technology used in teletherapy sessions.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly preferred.

This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
