• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for each client.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and relevant seminars to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practice.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of relevant legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with varied client demographics.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technology.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and management.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to a considerable sign-on bonus, our compensation package includes:
