• Provide high-quality therapeutic services, including individual and couples therapy, to clients of various age groups within a school setting.
• Manage the completion of clinical documentation, ensuring that all session notes and client records are maintained in a timely and organized manner.
• Utilize our designated billing service to efficiently handle client and insurance claims, including benefits verification and payment plan arrangements.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain an up-to-date calendar to manage your caseload effectively.
• Exhibit versatility in approach by being equipped to handle a variety of clinical presentations and client needs.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with diverse populations, focusing on students and their families within the educational system. This role will require you to address various mental health challenges encountered by young clients, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics, while also collaborating with teachers and school staff to create supportive interventions.

• A master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently in Texas.
• Professionalism along with excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, self-motivation, and strong organizational and time management skills are essential attributes.
• A core value on lifelong learning and expanding therapeutic skills is highly desired.
• Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, including a minimum of two evenings per week for client sessions.

• Demonstrated significant training and/or experience working with couples and adolescents is highly regarded.
• Previous experience working in school-based settings will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred, though training will be provided if necessary.

This full-time LCSW position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our therapists receive compensation at an hourly rate, with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
