The work setting for this position is predominantly remote, which provides you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while accessing resources and support from our fully equipped outpatient mental health clinic. Although you will be working from a home office, you will be part of a vibrant team of mental health professionals, engaging in regular consultations and team meetings via telehealth platforms. Our clinic is equipped with advanced technology to facilitate seamless communication with clients and share resources with colleagues.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to identify mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans in alignment with best practices and solution-based methodologies.
• Provide individualized psychotherapy services, incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions suited to the client's needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care for patients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.
• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care and professional development.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery process.
• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health to continuously integrate new knowledge into clinical practice.
• Manage a full caseload of clients effectively, tracking treatment goals and adjusting plans as necessary to meet their evolving mental health needs.

Your work will involve supporting a diverse population of clients who may face a variety of mental health issues. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological difficulties. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that your therapeutic approach is culturally sensitive and tailored to their specific experiences.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Nevada is essential.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, specifically providing psychotherapy services, is preferred.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and a strong understanding of evidence-based practice principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address complex clinical situations.
• A demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.

• Prior experience working within hospice settings or with palliative care clients is highly valued.
• Familiarity with technology and telehealth systems to facilitate virtual client sessions and documentation.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development, including membership in professional organizations such as the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary between USD 83,000 and 100,000. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, retirement savings plans, and a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
