• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand the mental health needs of students.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges of each client, integrating evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions focusing on stress management, anxiety reduction, and emotional regulation.
• Monitor and document client progress using our secure electronic health records system.
• Engage in regular consultations with educational staff to facilitate a holistic approach to student care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of telehealth best practices and therapeutic techniques.

The primary focus of this role encompasses a diverse population of students including teenagers, young adults, and families grappling with various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related challenges. As part of your work, you will create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages students to express themselves openly, helping them navigate their emotional hurdles effectively.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage/Family Therapy.
• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited for effective remote interaction.
• Strong organizational abilities for maintaining client records and session notes in a digital format.
• Comfort and proficiency in using video conferencing tools for virtual therapy sessions.

• At least 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy, particularly with adolescents.
• Demonstrated success in remote or telehealth therapy environments is a plus.
• Experience with treatment planning and the therapeutic process tailored to school-based settings.

As a full-time licensed mental health therapist at Baihealth Medical Therapy, you will receive an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
