Fully Remote Medical Case Closers!
This is a CLOSER role-not a task-taker, not a processor, not a "wait for direction" position. We're hiring Closers who know how to overcome obstacles and drive calls all the way to dollars-in-the-door.
If you're the type who owns outcomes, thrives under pressure, and wants your effort tied directly to your income, this is built for you.
Base Pay: $30/hour but the real earning power comes from our Monthly Incentive Bonus Plan.
This is a performance-driven structure where top closers consistently earn incentive. Every month is a new opportunity to outperform-and get paid for it.
What Closers Do Here
You will own recovery cases:
  • Drive case inventory medical overpayment recoveries with urgency and precision
  • Manage provider communications with confidence and authority
  • Navigate RCM workflows at providers to close cases quickly
  • Strategically follow up on healthcare refunds until dollars are returned
  • Hit-and exceed-monthly recovery and revenue targets
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline using our case management system and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Prioritize workload to maximize recovered dollars across inventory

This role is for someone who treats recoveries like a sales pipeline-not a checklist.

  • Ability to manage case inventory with ownership and urgency
  • Healthcare experience

  • Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

  • Overpayment Recovery or Insurance Follow-Up experience
  • Experience closing cases in any industry

Schedule & Location
  • Fully remote in WI only
  • Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Designated home office that is distraction-free eight hours per day required
  • No evenings, weekends, or holidays
