• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop informed treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Set collaborative treatment goals with clients and monitor their progress, ensuring their therapeutic journey is both supportive and effective.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges. Clients may include individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and other psychological conditions. Your ability to establish strong therapeutic alliances will be vital in helping clients navigate their unique journeys towards healing and recovery.

• A valid license to practice as a mental health professional in the state of Georgia such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Exhibit a high level of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Possess effective organizational and time-management skills to manage a varied caseload and complete necessary administrative duties efficiently.

• Experience in a clinical setting providing therapy services, with a particular focus on telehealth practices.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and billing processes.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to treating common mental health disorders.
