Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Company Overview: Integrated Solutions for Systems (IS4S) is a fast-growing small business at the forefront of developing innovative solutions for the warfighter. We use applied research and development combined with novel systems integration to enhance the capabilities of our armed forces.

Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Description:IS4S is seeking a Senior Project Manager supporting our Warner Robins, GA office to assist with the development, production, and delivery of software-defined antenna electronics and GNSS receivers. The successful candidate will integrate into an existing, multi-disciplinary team to create, develop, integrate, and deploy solutions used by warfighters.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate effectively across functional disciplines and develop briefings and supporting decision documentation for senior leadership
  • Assist with requirements development, including associated risk assessments, briefings, and coordination/staffing documentation to meet acquisition strategy requirements
  • Develop proposals in response to government RFPs, including systems specifications, SRDs, CDRLs, and other products
  • Maintain requirements traceability and develop required reports and analyses to support updates to requirements, with an emphasis on aerial network capabilities, aerial network systems, and subsystems
  • Perform subcontract management and track the critical path within integrated master schedules (IMS) while maintaining cost and performance controls
  • Investigate, analyze, plan, evaluate, draft, and/or recommend solutions for project efforts, especially applying knowledge of government reference architectures (GRA) and modular open mission systems i.e. MOSA
  • Resolve issues and recommend solutions at an executive management level to achieve desired program outcomes for aerial network technology
  • Apply broad knowledge of organizational missions and programs, such as acquisition life cycle management and modernization planning, using critical thinking to improve business strategies
  • Apply knowledge of and expertise with acquisition management, program management, budget/finance principles, and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Executing (PPBE) process
  • Review initial and revised acquisition documents, providing an enterprise-level perspective to ensure consistency and develop program of record roadmaps
  • Provide extensive reach-back support across functional disciplines and enable near-real-time responses to IS4S leadership, Government program office leadership, and US government HHQ senior leadership
  • Apply acquisition program support knowledge to assist program managers in meeting guidance in the FAR, DoD 5000.2, and other applicable documents and regulations

The challenges facing our nation are constantly evolving. Therefore, we are looking for self-driven, entrepreneurial team members who are willing and able to constantly learn, adapt, and find ways to develop and integrate solutions. You will be expected to gain familiarity with the underlying domain (e.g., EW, aerial software defined radios, aerial networks) and its role in the larger system of systems to incorporate warfighter needs throughout the solution. You will have the freedom to solve problems and develop solutions, with the expectation of owning your tasks and responsibilities. You will also integrate into an existing team that provides support and ensures designs and solutions conform to and enhance the end product.

Required Abilities, Experience, and Skills:

  • Experience with Software Defined Radios (SDRs)
  • Master’s degree plus 20 years of relevant experience in program management
  • Experience leading organizations in developing, testing, and delivering weapons systems and capabilities for the DoD
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks with minimal direction
  • Must be able to travel to support customer engagements, integration, and testing in live environments, occasionally working non-standard hours to match contract/subcontract management events and schedules
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
  • US Citizenship is required
  • PMP or DoD equivalent PM Level III Certification
