Position Title: Remote General Manager
The General Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business development across the U.S., Brazil, and Latin America. This position demands a hands-on leader who excels in sales execution, distributor management, and commercial strategy. The ideal candidate will navigate the complexities of the U.S. healthcare market while ensuring operational excellence. The role requires strong negotiation skills and a commitment to revenue growth and market expansion. This is an opportunity for a results-oriented individual to contribute significantly to the company's success in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Salary Range: $200,000 - $230,000 / Year DOE
Remote General Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development initiatives across the Americas, focusing on sales execution and market access
  • Manage distributor relationships and key accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Negotiate commercial terms with new and existing distributors
  • Oversee marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and market penetration
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify and onboard new distributors
  • Provide strategic insights to the Board of Directors and stakeholders in a public company setting
  • Supervise the Distributor Relations Manager to ensure effective partnership management

Remote General Manager Requirements:
  • 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial roles within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Extensive experience in the U.S. healthcare market, including sales and marketing
  • Extensive experience in the fields of pharmacology and dermatology
  • Proven success in managing and scaling distributor networks across the United States
  • Strong understanding of FDA and U.S. payer systems
  • Experience engaging with Boards of Directors, investors, and analysts in a public-company setting
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree is preferred
  • Understanding of Latin American regulatory and commercial environments is preferred
  • Experience launching new medical technologies in emerging and developed markets is preferred
