Job description

Role Overview

Sodexo has a new opening for a Senior Manager, Master Data Management, ERP to join our team. The successful candidate will execute and support Sodexo's master data transformation-with primary focus on the ERP (SAP S/4HANA) implementation program.

This is a remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere within the U.S.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensures daytoday execution of master data processes, alignment of MDM requirements across workstreams, and readiness of master data for deployment
  • Coordinates crossfunctional activities, and ensures that master data dependencies, quality, and governance are consistently addressed throughout the ERP program and broader transformation initiatives.
  • Execution for delivery on the design, planning and implementation of supplier enablement and P2P projects.
  • Maintain master data principles and practices, cross functionally and collaborating across NorAm and global teams.
  • Drives preparation, validation, and governance of master data objects required for design, build, testing, and cutover.
  • Prepare documentation such as data governance guidelines, process maps, training materials, and change readiness tools.

What You Bring

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Experience in MDM, supply chain systems, ERP, data governance, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of master data structures, taxonomies, and cross-functional system impact
  • Demonstrated experience with a large-scale ERP implementation
  • Prior experience with data governance, process mapping, UAT and developing training materials
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with key stakeholders
