• Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.
• Implement evidence-based interventions by conducting brief, developmentally appropriate screenings and arranging for comprehensive assessments as necessary.
• Create and maintain integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary services, ensuring communication among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.
• Engage clients in a collaborative process aimed at improving their mental health outcomes through focused recovery and treatment services.
• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress throughout their treatment, ensuring adherence to documented goals and adjusting care plans when needed.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to contribute to shared goals and the continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute situations, ensuring safety and effective management.
• Carry a caseload that may include ongoing treatment and timely documentation of sessions and outcomes.
• Handle on-call responsibilities as assigned, providing necessary support during program hours and emergencies.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by joining committees focused on enhancing service delivery and patient care standards.

You will primarily work with clients suffering from a range of mental health issues associated with substance use disorders, including those undergoing detoxification. As part of your role, you will engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a culturally sensitive manner, ensuring they receive the support and understanding they deserve during their treatment process.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Illinois.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on mental health and substance use disorders.
• Demonstrated ability to establish a trusting rapport with clients, exhibiting trustworthiness and empathy.
• Strong collaboration skills including the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in understanding and navigating diverse beliefs, attitudes, and interpersonal styles.
• Adherence to ethical guidelines and the code of conduct applicable to clinical social work.

• Experience working in a detox center or similar treatment facility.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and experience in handling multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in crisis intervention and behavioral health assessments.

Wonder Prime Medical Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
