Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will include:

• Engaging directly with clients in both remote settings and community outreach, delivering targeted therapeutic interventions to those dealing with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to advance organizational objectives, ensuring that treatment plans are effectively implemented.
• Conducting brief, evidence-based screenings followed by appropriate assessments, ensuring each client receives personalized care.
• Creating and implementing integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary services, while maintaining communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.
• Providing a wide array of treatment and recovery services that empower clients, focusing on choice and self-determination.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure that treatment aligns with client goals and emerging needs.
• Participating in risk assessments, crisis interventions, and facilitating group therapy sessions as needed.
• Maintaining accurate documentation regarding client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with professional ethical guidelines.
• Providing on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned, demonstrating unwavering support to our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients primarily consist of individuals facing a spectrum of mental health challenges due to substance use disorders and related emotional disturbances. The LCSW will address the unique needs of these clients, ensuring they receive empathetic, culturally competent care. Understanding the diverse backgrounds, traditions, and beliefs of our clientele is essential for effective engagement and support.

Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
• At least 2 years of prior experience in a clinical social work setting, with a focus on mental health or substance use disorder treatment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in detox or rehabilitation facilities is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across healthcare services.
• Proven success in implementing evidence-based practices in treatment and recovery frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
