This position offers the flexibility of remote work while operating through a Community Health Clinic framework. As a mental health counselor, you will engage with your patients through virtual platforms, utilizing digital tools to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-up evaluations. • Provide individual, family, and group clinical counseling services aimed at identifying and managing personal, psychological, and social challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the psychiatric diagnosis and patient's specific needs.
• Engage in comprehensive data gathering through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to create detailed patient profiles.
• Utilize analytical skills to interpret the data collected, making informed decisions regarding diagnoses, treatment strategies, and suitable referrals.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments based on patient progress and feedback to optimize outcomes.

• A valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is required.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary for patient safety.
• Proficient knowledge of medical coding, documentation standards, and clinical best practices.
• Strong ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of related clinical experience is mandatory.

• Experience working within a community health setting or with diverse populations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies enhances treatment effectiveness.
• Proficient use of telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain patient documentation and facilitate remote therapy sessions.

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
