This position operates entirely within a telehealth setting, allowing therapists to connect with clients remotely. • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based counseling techniques to address personal, psychological, and social challenges faced by clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, incorporating the patients' psychiatric diagnoses and specific needs.
• Gather comprehensive bio-psycho-social data about clients through interviews, clinical assessments, and the review of case histories, ensuring a holistic understanding of each case.
• Evaluate patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans in collaboration with clients, making necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Document all clinical interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

The therapist will serve a diverse population, addressing a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is required.
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential.
• Proficient knowledge of medical coding, clinical documentation, and compliance standards is preferred.
• Demonstrated capacity to adapt within a dynamic, fast-paced remote work environment.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role is required, showcasing expertise in patient engagement and treatment planning.
• Previous experience in telehealth services is advantageous, providing insight into delivering virtual care effectively.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the social determinants of mental health is highly valued.

Rock Solid Counseling, LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
