Job description

Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, or Utah)

Duration: Approximately 4-month contract with potential for extension

Schedule: Full-time during Open Enrollment season

About the Opportunity

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support increased call volume during the annual Open Enrollment period. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with healthcare, insurance, medical office, dental office, or medical billing experience who enjoy helping customers and solving complex issues.

In this fully remote role, you will assist members, brokers, and internal employees with questions related to Medicare, Individual Marketplace, and Group Policy insurance plans. Representatives will research issues, resolve enrollment and benefits inquiries, and provide an exceptional customer experience while navigating multiple systems and applications.

Responsibilities
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls during Open Enrollment
  • Assist members, brokers, and internal employees with insurance-related inquiries
  • Research and resolve enrollment, benefits, and policy-related issues
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Navigate multiple software applications simultaneously while assisting callers
  • Learn and apply healthcare and insurance processes and procedures
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented customer service
  • Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center, healthcare, insurance, medical office, dental office, or medical billing environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling inbound calls and resolving customer concerns
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems and applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn complex healthcare and insurance processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
