You will utilize modern tools and technologies for communication and case management, including electronic medical records systems to ensure efficient documentation and tracking of patient progress. • Utilize electronic medical records proficiently to monitor, document, and effectively communicate patient progress toward therapeutic goals and the social work plan.
• Participate actively in scheduled team meetings and contribute positively to discussions aimed at improving therapy practices and client outcomes.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and adhere strictly to relevant professional codes of conduct.
• Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and protocols as outlined by Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services.
• Maintain a consistent work schedule as established by your supervisor to ensure reliability and availability for client support.
• Follow directives and demonstrate an ability to adapt to changes and new challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain an active Oregon Drivers’ License for any potential local community outreach or emergency needs.
• Hold a current CPR and First Aid certification to ensure safety and readiness in any situation.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to balance a diverse caseload effectively.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance competencies and maintain licensure requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the organization’s objectives.
• Provide assistance and information to clients regarding financial or social needs that may impact their mental health.

You will primarily work with young individuals facing challenges related to mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding them towards personalized coping strategies, resilience-building activities, and overall mental wellness. Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services prioritizes a tailored approach to therapy that respects each client's unique background and experiences.

• An active and independent clinical license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree or doctorate in a relevant field such as clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and delegate responsibilities when necessary to ensure a high standard of service for a busy caseload.
• An enthusiastic attitude with the ability to motivate clients and maintain a positive working atmosphere.

• Experience delivering mental health therapy within community health settings or similar environments is highly valued.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems for tracking patient progress and maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with best practices related to working with diverse populations and their specific mental health needs.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
