As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our rehabilitation center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations, demonstrating a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance therapeutic quality and integrate best practices into your work.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment paths, and available community resources, empowering them throughout their recovery journey.
• Staying updated on the latest mental health research and integrating this knowledge into your practice to deliver the most effective care.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license valid in Pennsylvania, showcasing your eligibility to practice and commitment to the profession.
• Proven experience in utilizing solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate meaningful connections with clients.

While not mandatory, experience in substance abuse rehabilitation, trauma-informed care, or extensive work with mental health disorders will be advantageous. Familiarity with treatment and coding guidelines, as well as experience with virtual platforms for therapy, can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
