• Conduct thorough individual and group counseling sessions using telehealth platforms to support clients’ mental health needs.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments that evaluate emotional, psychological, and social aspects of clients' lives.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical counseling support for clients dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in counseling to enhance service delivery.
• Uphold meticulous medical documentation and coding standards to maintain accurate client records and comply with telehealth regulations.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your clients may present a wide range of challenges, from first-time therapy seekers to those with complex mental health conditions requiring ongoing support. Your ability to adapt your counseling style to meet the unique needs of each individual will be crucial in delivering effective care.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid and active LPCC license is required to practice in California.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated experience working with children and individuals facing various mental health challenges.
• Strong understanding of clinical counseling techniques, therapeutic interventions, and crisis intervention methodologies.
• Proficient in medical documentation practices and coding related to mental health services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles is preferred but not required.
• Experience utilizing telehealth technology effectively to deliver mental health services.
• Knowledge of specialized treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
