Job description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for medical professionals experienced in clinical reasoning, diagnostic review, treatment planning, guideline-based care, patient risk assessment, and structured healthcare evaluation workflows.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured clinical scenario review, medical reasoning assessment, evidence-based response evaluation, specialty-specific healthcare documentation, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their clinical expertise to review realistic medical scenarios, evaluate healthcare reasoning, prepare structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence-based clinical review tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Scenario & Medical Reasoning Review

  • Review clinical scenarios involving diagnostic reasoning, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, risk stratification, and specialty-specific decision-making
  • Evaluate medical reasoning outputs against evidence-based standards, clinical guidelines, patient context, and documented requirements
  • Support structured review of clinical prompts, patient scenarios, care recommendations, and healthcare reasoning workflows
  • Identify missing context, unsupported conclusions, guideline gaps, and expected clinical reasoning outcomes

Evidence-Based Reference Response Development

  • Prepare high-quality reference responses based on specialty knowledge, clinical standards, and source-supported reasoning

  • Participate in structured review or calibration workflows when applicable
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and careful clinical judgment across submitted work

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • Medical, nursing, or advanced clinical training with active or recent practice experience
  • Experience in one or more areas such as internal medicine, emergency medicine, psychiatry, hematology/oncology, radiology, cardiology, nursing, or related clinical specialties
  • Strong ability to evaluate clinical reasoning, treatment planning, diagnostic logic, risk stratification, and guideline concordance
  • Comfort reading medical literature, clinical guidelines, patient scenarios, and structured healthcare documentation
  • Clear written communication skills and ability to explain clinical reasoning in a structured way
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and produce evidence-based work

Educational Background

  • MD, DO, RN, NP, PA, or equivalent clinical qualification is strongly preferred
  • Board certification, board eligibility, specialty training, nursing licensure, or equivalent clinical practice background is highly relevant
  • Practical experience in clinical care, patient assessment, medical documentation, guideline-based decision-making, or specialty-specific review is also valuable

  • Active practice experience in the United States or Canada
  • Board certification, specialty fellowship, advanced practice credential, or senior clinical experience
