  • Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, adhering to all relevant state and federal guidelines to ensure compliance and uphold the highest ethical standards.
  • Develop and deliver professional development training for faculty and staff, helping to raise awareness and understanding of mental health issues within the academic environment.
  • Offer consultations for students, staff, and faculty regarding best practices for managing psychological concerns, fostering a supportive educational atmosphere.
  • Design and implement mental health outreach initiatives and prevention programs aimed at promoting wellness and academic achievement, thus contributing to student retention.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions addressing a range of health-related concerns, including but not limited to mental health and substance abuse.

Qualifications
