This is a full-time remote position, allowing counselors to deliver services from the comfort of their own homes while collaborating with a supportive and connected team. The remote setting is designed to minimize commuting stress and allows counselors to focus on providing the best care for their clients in a tranquil environment. Daily responsibilities include attending virtual team meetings, engaging in professional development opportunities, and utilizing technology to maintain quality care standards.

• Effectively coordinate and collaborate with internal programs, clinical staff, and external professionals, such as school personnel and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care.
• Fulfill billing requirements as per agency standards and deliver service outcomes that align with program goals.
• Maintain LPS designation as necessary, participate in on-call rotations, and respond to any after-hours concerns based on program needs.
• Contribute actively during staff meetings to enhance program development and support ongoing training initiatives for staff.
• Ensure timely and regular attendance while demonstrating professional reliability.
• Embody the organization's values in all communications, fostering a supportive and respectful workplace.
• Provide holistic case management, which includes assessing client needs, addressing issues, and effectively linking clients and families to necessary resources.
• Deliver services in various settings in the community while adhering to contractual obligations with funding sources.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure a cohesive plan of care for clients and their families.
• Show cultural and linguistic sensitivity while engaging with diverse populations, ensuring respectful communication and understanding of client backgrounds.

Our client base encompasses a wide spectrum of individuals, from children to seniors, encountering various mental health challenges. Counselors may work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. The focus is on providing tailored support that acknowledges each client's unique experiences and backgrounds, promoting healing and personal growth.

• A valid and active License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Clinical Social Work (LCSW), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) is required.
• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Compliance with department policies, state, and federal regulations is essential to ensure the highest level of care and privacy for clients.

• Experience in community mental health or outpatient settings with a focus on trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse populations and address culturally-specific needs is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems and an understanding of billing procedures related to mental health services.

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
