Job description

The Senior Product Manager, Retail Media Products, will be responsible for helping to define and build the product strategy for our growing advertising portfolio leveraging data, research, and stakeholder input to help deliver products that inspire our customers while fueling the growth of our advertising business.
As a member of the Best Buy Advertising team, you will be an integral part of defining the future state and positioning Best Buy for growth in the digital media and advertising industry. While building the future state product and marketplace strategy, you will be a part of uncovering where and how we can accelerate growth while simultaneously building for the future.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days at our Best Buy office in Richfield, Minnesota, or New York City, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Candidates outside these metro areas may qualify for remote work. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What you’ll do:

  • Own and lead the product roadmap for Best Buy Ads, driving innovation and differentiation in the retail media space
  • Build and enhance platforms for DOOH campaign planning & inventory management
  • Use market, consumer, and client insights to shape product strategy
  • Collaborate across internal teams—business, tech, and marketing—to deliver standout advertising solutions
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate development efforts
  • Identify new monetization opportunities and guide the team on emerging capabilities
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to fuel program success

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years in product management, marketing, retail media, or advertising
  • 2 years working with store advertising technology, ad server tech and media supply platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience

  • Experience in retail media
