Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, crafting personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual preferences, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.
• Engage clients in developing therapeutic goals, maintaining an open and supportive dialogue to enhance their treatment journey.
• Document therapy sessions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to documentation standards and client privacy regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development workshops to contribute to continuous service improvement and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a wide range of clients facing different mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will empower clients from diverse backgrounds to navigate their personal struggles in a safe and supportive environment. By offering remote services, we aim to increase access for underserved populations and improve overall mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exhibit excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic connection with clients in a virtual setting.
• Show empathy and understanding towards the challenges faced by clients, fostering a safe and judgment-free therapy environment.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases and documentation effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth setting and familiarity with relevant platforms and technologies.
• Background in crisis intervention and management.
• Knowledge of integrated care models and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
