In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, fostering a safe and compassionate environment.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities personalized to meet individual client needs and situations.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and strategies for overcoming mental health challenges.
• Help clients build insights into their emotions and behaviors, enhancing their understanding of personal relationships and life experiences.
• Continuously monitor and assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to encourage healthy coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall client outcomes.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your role will focus on empowering these individuals to develop skills that promote resilience and improved well-being. We prioritize accessibility and client-centered care, matching you with clients that align with your specialties and interests.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license, specifically as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limitations on licenses and no recent disciplinary actions on your professional record.

While we welcome applications from newly licensed professionals, the following experiences are preferred:

• Prior experience conducting telehealth sessions, with a strong understanding of virtual counseling best practices.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and the ability to apply various therapeutic techniques effectively.
• Proven track record of working successfully with diverse populations and demonstrating cultural competence in clinical settings.
